The car boot sale, the lady and the unicorn.

On my last visit to the car boot sale I found a lady ...

 and a unicorn ...

Only the banners had been done (I've since done the unicorn and other bits and pieces.)

I wonder how long it will take me? Perhaps a decade or two?

I like the tapestry and all your recent posts which I have missed. I especially liked your journal page with the sweet and sincere job applications. I got out a scarf that has been languishing for a year and finished it last night. Then I tried to teach myself to crochet-again-unsuccessfully-again!

Great find! And beautiful work (I know one is not supposed to start a sentence with AND but I digress). Even if it takes you a decade or two to finish--it is already amazing.

My Mother used to do this sort of thing- it took years and years to finish.I always thought what is the point? I sort of get it now- It is meditative and gives those devil hands something to do to keep busy, off of the streets and out of trouble! Love your book in previous post! _ I am felting and trying to get enough cash together- going to Maui for christmas! YAHOO!

I think it could be an ongoing project! But well worth it in the end.
