Mid-2014 I was invited by the Association April the 25th (A25A) and Artever (Art Association of Amadora) in Portugal to submit a photographic work on the theme of Freedom. I submitted a digital manipulation of two photographs I had taken earlier - one in Simon's Town of a mother and her little boy, and one of our South African flag (standing rather forlornly in the middle of nowhere - well, in a field between Napier and Bredasdorp ...).
No U-turn - Freedom is Not the End of the Journey (digital manipulation).
It is now part of a panel of 40 photographs by 40 different artists from all over the world, and is exhibited in Vila Franca de Xira in Portugal.

Great liewe snuzzi!
Anairam, it's wonderful how your art has taken wings and is traveling the world... :)
This is beautiful. A clever combination of 2 totally different scenes. Well done!
