Drawings.

Some of the line drawings I have done so far while reading Danny Gregory's book, The Creative License:

Scales and bottles in my kitchen. (I collect scales and now have eleven.)

Fruit on cake stand in my kitchen.

Rooftops and trees with sea in distance (from my living room window).

I haven't, however, learnt to draw an egg yet ...

Love that book. It's a find tool to help loosen up tight drawing releasing the playfulness of creativity. Jealous, jealous of your view of the rooftops and trees and sea.

These are great Anairam! The fruit especially is awesome. I can't draw fruit (or much else for that matter) to save my life!

I do love your drawings - so much! I want to marry them! Love the direct simple nature of line drawings and you do it so well! The little long-ish fruits on the bottom plate look like they are in love with each other. I think that they are...
I had a friend who could do line drawings of an entire room without looking at the paper even once- she was amazing, she was also mentally ill. Now she is dead but her gift of line drawing was remarkable. Not sue what sort of significance this has- perhaps that line drawing leads to insanity and death? Surely NOT, Madam!

Wonderful - line drawing has to be my favourite thing, to do and to look at.
