A girl who is close to my heart asked me last week to please, please, do a pink post specially for her. So here it is, dearest LuluBelle. A pink one, just for you!
Rose in Franschhoek, japanese paper lanterns from my stash, a favourite drawing from my František Tichý book;
Tapestry at Groot Constantia, sunset over Simon's Town, rose syrup;
Pink wall in Simon's Town, the loo at Le Quartier Français, hibiscus in Franschhoek.

Lovely pinkness around the place, especially that sunset!
OHH Pinkables! Delicious colour and your shots are fabulous! I am trying to talk my husband into a pink shirt with his grey suit- it would look so good but for some reason Pink got a bad rap with da min...why is that? Happy pink!I LOVE it though rarely wear it because I am the same colour, like a little piggy.
i lived once (in my student days)in a totally pink apartment - pink doors, windows, ceilings, carpet, walls - everything single things was some shade of pink! i felt nauseoues at first, but after two years, somehow got quite attached to it too.
Yay, pink! And oh my god I'm sorry I missed posting on your birthday but I hope you had a really lovely time (with cake!). That sunset shot is fantastic. Ahhh...
What a beautiful collection of pink--I love all the variety here, with flowers, to walls, to a pink sky. Lovely :)
Pretty, pretty pinks! I also love the variety...
Gorgeous mosaic of images. I love pink, and these are all very lovely shades :)
Happy Belated B Day - and I love the composite color photo posts - and the inspiration behind them.
I have been thinking of your blog as of late, and so glad that you dropped by! The story about your dream is just to good - "half the size" made me think of Alice in Wonderland " cut off their heads!" - I love a good and vivid dream. I used to have a workmate who was totally gifted at interpreting dreams - he would enter your dreamscape as you related it to him. I miss our times of discussion, especially when I get a crop of really wild and colorful ones ...
I love the colour inspirations in these blogs! I have just discovered your blog and have popped it onto my fave blog section on my blog - will definatly visit again for inspiration!
