T-A-D #28 A Tad Sad

I made it! Goodness, I never thought I would keep it up for 28 days! Woohoo and yay yippee yay & all that. Today, for my last thing, I made a little doll from leftover scraps of felt.

She looks a little Sad. (Because it is the end of Tad.)
Hmmm, I notice I've forgotten to sew on her one little red lace-up boot.

Well done for making it all the way through the month! An amazing feat of creative stamina. I like your little doll. I think she looks a it surprised rather than sad. Surprised to be created rather than be thrown in the bin(or the scrap saving device you probably use)

What do you do with everything you have created? Do they all live in a box? You are a marvel creating so much all the time and dealing with Mr. neighbor AND proof reading mountains of words! I want some of whatever it is that keeps you going!

Tres impressionnant! I like her Mr. Men shape and melancholy wee face. Very cute. I am incredibly impressed at your creative stamina.

TAD was good fun! I have already bookmarked your website and will be popping over for a creative fix.

Sarah - Thank you! I must say, I like your idea of her looking surprised rather than sad. Her mouth does form a little surprised "oh!". doesn't it? (Oh, proofreading, we don't have to do that here!)

linda sue - Well, at the moment all of it is in my study - some on my desk, some on the couch, some in a basket, and some in the rubbish bin!

editor - See my answer to linda sue above. (Ohm and the scrappy necklace lives on my dressing table - looped over the one post.

Jesse - Thank you! But now I'm all burnt out, I think ...

Heather - I have renewed appreciation for artists and writers who clock in to do their creative work every single day - isn't that amazing?! (PS Who is Mr Man?)

Anjie - I loved following your tads as well - great stuff! I definitely think we can give ourselves a little pat on the back for persevering!

An incredible achievement - each one a delight! I bet you could do with a bit of a breather now but I think you deserve half a dozen cupcakes and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate - perhaps an opportunity to wear your crown?!?
