X is for Xmas (Part 3)

For my tree I made these decorations:
A Heap of Hearts (and Doily Discs)

A Flock of Birds (with glittered wings, of course!)

and
An Army of Angels ... (the wings are detachable)

With the addition of fairy lights and silver bells (from the carboot sale) I think my tree will be just perfect!
Although, kendalee's beautiful post about her colourful xmas butterflies here and here make me look at my monochrome decorations with a sense of sadness and let's be honest, dissatisfaction. Black and white? What was I thinking??? Next year I'm going for colour!

Love your angels! They look so great all strung up together.

mcis - Yes, there is some silver, but I guess it is a case of "the xmas tree always being greener on the other side"!

linda sue - it is not really a case of managing my time well, it is more a case of procrastinating on other tasks very well!

kendalee - Good idea - your butterflies can fly to Africa, and my angels can swim to the UK!

stephanie - Glad you like the hearts - cookie cutters have their uses!

tiny red - So glad you like them! And I like your fantastic and unusual xmas tree!!

aimee - Yes, the heads are made from a bought paper mache paste. I push through thin wire which I bend in a loop at the top for hanging. The part of the wire that goes through the head is used to tape it to the paper dress. And the wings can be taken off.

sarah - So glad you like them - and I think your tiny paper dolls are so sweet!
