T-A-D #21 The Proofreader's Battle Cry

I made this wallet using two Batman comic pages and lots of clear packaging tape. (Idea from Keri Smith - see here.)

I love the cover page, but the one I used to fashion the inside pockets for cards is pretty good as well (click on pictures to enlarge).
"We just survive." Indeed.

I agree - very cool! You WILL survive - stupid publishers don't deserve you but you'll do a great job anyway and I hope you'll plan a big old treat for yourself when you get this latest tranche of work out of the way. Go superhero proofreader!

curious girl - It is this damn TAD challenge! I hate giving up, I just hate it, so I have to think of something to make every day!

aimee - It is probably the kind of thing a young teenager would find cool, and if I knew one, I would give it to him, but I don't, so I'm using it for a bit to see how it will hold up ...

kendalee - Oh, it is actually quite horrible - I was very depressed today - they still haven't paid my previous invoice and no amount of phone calls or emails seem to work. The answer always seems to be: "We will pay it today, there has been a hiccup at the accounts dept," and then they ask when the latest set will be finished. So I am preparing for a showdown on Wednesday when they expect to collect it. Honestly, I just wish people would be honest, keep their promises, keep to the terms of their contracts, and be kind to others in general. Won't that make for a much better world?
