What Santa brought ...

... the final set of second pages.

I am starting on it today and hope to have it finished on the 5th of January ...

So dear friends, expect fewer posts between now and then, although I will be popping in every third day or so ... Have a great holiday and celebrations (if you do) in the meantime!

Oh Anairam, your poor heart must have just dropped when it saw that pile! Even if you're expecting it, that's quite grim stuff to face over the holidays... Still, there's no doubt that you're equal to the challenge!

I echo Lala's advice on fuel and I hope you are going to reward yourself BIGTIME when it's all over?!?

Hope that you and l'Usband manage to do a bit of holiday celebrating somewhere between all that too... xxx

I will build you an alter and light a candle every day until you are through that monumental pile!
We are cheering for you, listen!

Oh... that looks like such a lot of work... Good luck, and I hope you get to have a bit of time off, at least on the 'hoge dae'.

Dear Anairam and friends of Anairam; Svetlana wishes you a very nice and jolly crismast. Also to the family of Anairam and even if she has the sisters.
It is sad you have to work but remember the words of the Great Trotski: "Where there is the work there is the bread. Also the champagne." Boris the Patriot Bear sends wishes also (this is A little joke). Now I go to my granny in Birsk for our celebratings that are in January because we do follow the Julian Calendar. Nazdarovya!

Wow! You are always doing good stuff with paper - in all sorts of ways. I guess this will be no different!
Have a very Happy Christmas and a really creative 2009!

Your heart should be overflowing with joy. All that paper! A dab of paint here, a little collage there... so many pages, so many birds...

mcis - coffee & chocolate - my best! and now, after the event, I can confirm that santa did indeed bring lovely prezzies for me!

kendalee - i actually refused to open the package for a day - but then realised that the sooner I start, the quicker it will all be done!

linda sue - What a lovely thought - thank you! Hahaha! candles and paper - oh, you are too naughty - don't go putting ideas in my head, now!

aimee - oh, it is work that appeared at a time when I would rather not have had it! I sneaked a little time for art journal - but it is quite a depressing entry - will post it later ... maybe ...

jesse - I did take xmas day off - eating leftovers, drinking a bit of bubbly, and reading all my nice new xmas books!

svetlana - I hope you had a merry xmas in Birsk! Thanks for the picture of the tree - I hope you survived the decorating of it!

freshly found - Yes, quite different, can't really call it creative! Although I sometimes feel a strong urge to add a little drawing or sneaky quote - and see whether it ends up in the final version, hahaha!!!

please sir - Oh, thank you! And I hope you will have a lovely and restful time as well!

anonymous - Hehehe! I have been thinking to keep the pile (of the first proof) and turn it into some clever, artistic comment ...

le'usband - Unless of course the sound is: "more coffee, dear?"!
