Birds and Hearts

Yesterday was a funny old day. Raining buckets, plus I had to go for horrible tests today and so was not allowed anything to eat from 10am onwards. Hunger, anxiety and bad weather - not a good combination! I found it quite relaxing to attempt my next 'Paper Project' product - paper heart and bird mobiles ...

I am particularly proud of my hearts - they are sort of 3-dimensional, see?

Tests were done today - all clear, yay! (It was quite a relief ...) And now I'll carry on with my 4th paper project, the Ampersand Decal ...

stephanie - Oh, so was I, so was I!
karina - They are super simple to make! I used leftover bits from the papervase I made last week. They are not quite finished yet - I want to add a bead at the end of each drop...

dearest anairam - and i'm very happy that all is well with you. Though I do think you suffer from a touch of carbootitis. Love all the bits in your house - aren't you afraid that envious family members may pinch your things when they come to visit?

Dear Anonymice - (Yes, I know there are two of you!) The doctor did mention something about carbootitis and gave me some pills. (I threw them away). As for my family members - generally speaking they are very sweet and kind, and on the odd occasion when they misbehave, a couple of slaps around the ears usually set them right. (Pinching also works.)

Love these anairam! 'specially the hearts with glimpse out of the window in the background. Also very pleased to hear test results positive, or do I mean negative? Well anyway, good news results either way... :) xox

kendalee - Yes, this is about the only time when a negative is positive! Glad you like my hearts and the background (do you see the whale in the distance?) (Just joking, you can't see it, but there was one!)

was there really a whale? i loved the pictures of the wet windows. i was looking at your lovely birds and hearts, but those wet windows and the coziness of being on the dry side of them really distracted me.
